º£½ÇÂÒÂ×

It’s time for our annual Year in Review! As we look back on each month of the academic year, the º£½ÇÂÒÂ× community can reflect on the changes and growth we have experienced since September, both individually and as a community. Here’s a look at highlights from January 2025.

IDEA and the ABPsi SC attended the MLK Jr. Day Celebration at the Farmington Community Library on January 20th.

On January 21st Psi Chi hosted their annual developing a conference poster workshop.

Representatives from Sanctum House came to campus on January 29th to present on human trafficking and how therapists can support survivors.

On January 30th, Troy School Board member Dr. Audra Melton presented on literacy in Michigan as part of the Structural Racism Programming Series.

Other Highlights from January:

We welcomed Dr. Brian Stogner as º£½ÇÂÒÂ×’s fifth president.

We collected items for Sanctum House.

Student engagement kicked off a self-care series that included journaling, vision board making, beginner chair yoga, and painting.

We kicked off our second semester book club, where we read Lighter Than My Shadow by Katie Green.

Blogs: We shared reasons why someone might choose to pursue a PsyD, Dr. Stogner addressed the community for the first time, and Dr. Zeina Ghoul was in the faculty spotlight.Â
