Think long term

What type of job are you looking for post-graduation? Clinical psychologists are able to work in a variety of mental health settings, such as private practices, schools, correctional facilities, hospitals, community centers, universities, and more. Psychologists that provide clinical services offer continuing and comprehensive mental and behavioral health care for a variety of populations. Clinical psychologists work with groups and communities to address or prevent mental health-related problems.

Think about licensureÌý

When thinking about graduate school, it is important to think about whether or not the program you engage in leads to licensure. Each of the programs º£½ÇÂÒÂ× offers leads to licensure within the state of Michigan. The Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology program leads to the LLP licensure (Limited Licensed Psychologist), and the PsyD program leads to LP licensure (Licensed Psychologist).
