Withdrawal from the Program

Any student who withdraws during an academic year must submit a Withdrawal Form obtained from the Registrar. Financial Aid recipients should consult with the Director of Financial Aid prior to requesting a withdrawal regarding ramifications to aid status including how a withdrawal may affect satisfactory academic progress and loan funding. See Financial Aid section of the Catalog for more information.

All courses withdrawn after the final drop date on the Academic Calendar for that semester will appear on the transcript as a ‘W’. See Marking System for course withdrawal policy.
