Students register via the student database,  approximately six to eight weeks before the semester begins. The Office of the Registrar calculates registered student billing. Bills are not mailed to students. Student balances are noted in the Billing Detail Summary in the student Empower portal.
Tuition due dates are posted in the academic calendar and ample time is given for submission of tuition payments before a semester begins. It is the students’ responsibility to submit tuition by the posted due dates.
Federal financial aid loans will be noted in the Billing Detail Summary for students who have completed all appropriate processes and have an accepted financial aid award. Students whose loans do not pay the full amount due are responsible for paying the remaining balance by the posted tuition due dates.
º£½ÇÂÒÂ× accepts checks or credit cards for tuition payment. Payment plans may be available upon request. Payment plans typically require a down payment followed by three or four equal monthly installments. Contact the Registrar with payment plan questions.

Payments may be hand delivered and placed in the Cashier’s lock-box located near the faculty mailboxes at º£½ÇÂÒÂ×.
Payment Plans
Payment plans may be available upon request. Interested students should contact the Registrar to set up a payment plan. Payment plans typically require a down payment followed by four equal monthly installments. Students on a plan must maintain good payment standing in order to attend classes, avoid interest charges, and to remain eligible for the payment plan. Students may be restricted from attending classes and/or holds may be placed on academic records, transcripts, and library privileges for failure to pay on the student account in accordance with payment terms.
Tax Benefits for Students
A 1098-T tuition statement is provided via the student database, , to current students and alumni and filed by the IRS deadline for tax filing purposes. Please contact the Office of the Registrar for assistance with username and password. Refer to publication and tax sections under tuition and fee deductions, lifelong learning and hope credits, and educational loan interest deductions for additional information.
Withdrawal & Return of Title IV Funds
Students who unofficially or officially withdraw from all classes in a semester are subject to the federally required return of Title IV calculation.
Students receiving a Direct Unsubsidized Loan and/or Grad PLUS loan who withdraw from all classes within the first 60% of a semester may owe a repayment of the aid received. º£½ÇÂÒÂ× will return all unearned loan funds to the applicable federal program.
Students are responsible to pay any º£½ÇÂÒÂ× balance created by the return of Title IV funds within 45 calendar days. Students who have withdrawn and have questions about paying their debt should contact the Financial Aid Office.
