It’s time for our annual Year in Review! As we look back on each month of the academic year, the º£½ÇÂÒÂ× community can reflect on the changes and growth we have experienced since September, both individually and as a community. Here’s a look at highlights from May 2026.
On May 1st, we hosted our 7th Annual Multicultural Conference for Belonging and Inclusion featuring a panel on post-COVID mental health in partnership with the Michigan Roundtable for Just Communities.
On May 15th, the º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Clinic ran mindfulness activities at the Rochester Public Library’s “Library After Dark” event.Ìý
On May 16th, ECO participated in the Rouge River Clean Up at Heritage Park.
IDEA attended Ferndale Pride on May 30th.Ìý

IDEA hosted a screening of the film Maya Lin: A Strong Clear Vision on May 12th and 13th.Ìý
The º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Clinic attended Happy Hour in the Market on May 18th.
The º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Clinic presented “Be Kind to Your Mind” to the 8th-grade boys at Warner Middle School.
On May 26th, º£½ÇÂÒÂ× offered First Aid and CPR training to students.Ìý
Student Engagement held various Career Services activities, including resume reviews and free headshots.ÌýÂ
On May 29th, the º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Clinic presented to the 8th-graders at East Middle School.Ìý
