It’s time for our annual Year in Review! As we look back on each month of the academic year, the º£½ÇÂÒÂ× community can reflect on the changes and growth we have experienced since September, both individually and as a community. Here’s a look at highlights from November and December 2025.
º£½ÇÂÒÂ×’s chapter of Psi Chi hosted “Tips & Tricks for Succeeding in Grad School” workshops on November 10th, 11th, and 18th.Â
MENAPC hosted a Middle Eastern Breakfast for students on November 17th.Â
The Structural Racism Programming Committee and Dr. Blackstock invited students to play Not that Funny to learn about microaggressions on November 19th and 20th.Â
The ABPsi SC hosted a Friendsgiving
on December 11th.

All of November, the Structural Racism Programming Committee hosted a food drive for the local nonprofit Micah 6.Â
The Psi Chi chapter at º£½ÇÂÒÂ× hosted their annual Paper to Proposal Workshop on November 4th.Â
The º£½ÇÂÒÂ× Clinic was present at a variety of resource fairs on all of the Oakland Community College campuses during the Week of November 10th.
Student Engagement set up a Trans Awareness Week table in the atrium from November 11-18th.Â
IDEA sponsored a family of five for the holidays through Adopt-A-Family.Â
Blogs: We celebrated Native American Heritage Month, honored Transgender Day of Remembrance, introduced the Research Graduate Assistant, shared reading recommendations, tips for getting started on research, and tips for self-care during winter break, Dr. Stogner reflected on his experience at Fred Gray Institute’s Dialogos, the clinic announced its partnership with the Southern Smoke Foundation, and Dr. Jared Boot-Haury was featured in Life After º£½ÇÂÒÂ×.Â
